Repair will be completed when the resin cures in 24 hours or overnight and may be primed and painted at the time. The surface will dried about 45 minutes and will dried throughly about 24 hours

  1. Prepare damaged area by removing any oil, grease, tar, dirt, etc. from the repair area. Sand the affected area to at least 1 inch beyond the damage.
  2. For cracks that may continue to expand, drill a small hole at each end of the crack.
  3. Clean the area with alcohol. Cut the fiberglass cloth to fit within the sanded area and tape down with masking tape so cloth does not move.
  4. Pierce the seal in the head of the tubes using the back of the cap. Mix with mixing stick until a uniform colour is achieved. Mix only what is necessary to complete the repair.
  5. Use the plastic spreader to saturate the cloth with the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly over the entire cloth.
  6. Remove the tape holding the cloth in position and overlap the edge of the cloth. Spread the remaining mixture over the fiberglass until it is completely saturated. Taper the areas of the repair beyond the fiberglass. Smooth the repaired area using the spreader.
  7. Allow the repaired area to cure overnight. Use sandpaper to feather the edges and smooth the patch for painting. Repair will be completed when the resin cures in 12 hours or overnight and may be primed and painted at the time.
